Just wanted to drop a note and let you know the case we bought is almost gone already so I think we will be coming up there again to restock...exactly what is it that you put in these wines that make them so addicting? ;) As I've said before, I'm not a big wine fan (except for the sweets) and I am just amazed at the fantastic flavors of the Franc, Pinot and Riesling. Our 1st visit ever, on 2/29/08 was excellent. Great memories that we hope to duplicate again on our next visit in April. We still cant beleive that you have tastings available (even if, for a small fee) for your ice wine...as I had told you, I've never tasted an ice wine and I am hooked! We will certainly be back and I have to say that the Ribs and Salads at the resturant were the "BEST" I've ever tasted...and I'm a BBQ freak! My only regret is that we didnt get the vintners autograph on our ice wine and reisling bottles...next time OK?
