Our 2010 Chardonnay is un-oaked, fermented in stainless steel. A delicious, fruit forward expression of the Chardonnay grape with flavors of green apple, pear and honey. Ripe, juicy, and well balanced this wine will perfectly complement a variety of foods, or simply enjoy as an apertif. My pick is grilled shrimp with mango salsa!
